In this residence workshop we'll enjoy the Mediterranean food and weather in a wonderful natural environment.

We'll work in group and individually towards a better use of our body applied to different activities, we'll also give special attention to creativity.

You will also have time to wander around through beautiful landscapes, bath in natural basins, take mud baths and enjoy Catalan food, not to mention the very special party of Sant Joan's Eve.
