In the Directed Activities Workshop we'll give special attention on how to apply the Alexander technique in our daily activities.
Under the guidance of two teachers the pupils will be able to investigate different ways of doing and going through a chosen activity.

This workshop is for people who had at least 10 private lessons in the Alexander technique.
