Laura Martínez

I studied modern dance and worked as a freelance dancer for many years. I began to follow Alexander Technique lessons in Amsterdam in 1998 and my interest in exploring the Technique grew from there. I decided to train as a teacher of the Technique in Amsterdam (at the ATON school) and graduated in 2003. I worked as a teacher in the ATON school and in The Acteer Studio (The Neetherlands).

I followed a postgraduated course in The Alexander Technique in "L'Estudi" in Barcelona. Now I'm a regular teacher in that same school.

I also teach private and group lessons (Centre Cívic Drassanes, Golferichs, Aula de dansa Palafrugell, L'Eix de Palafrugell, The International Singing Course from Camerata de Sant Cugat among others).

I am a member of STAT and APTAE, respectively the English and Spanish professional societies of the Alexander Technique.

Antonio Moreno

Antonio Moreno was trained as a mime actor and dancer.
In 1993 he graduated at The Constructive Teaching Centre in London as a teacher of the Alexander Technique.

He studied, among others, with Peggy Williams and Walter Carrington, direct pupils of F.M. Alexander.

He has worked as a teacher of this technique at The Constructive Teaching Center in London (1993-1995), at the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona (1995-2004), at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música de Tarragona (1998-2000), and from 2004 to the present day at l'Estudi (Teacher Training Centre of the Alexander Technique) in Barcelona.

He is a founding member of the Spanish Association of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (APTAE).

Gal Keinan

I was born in Israel and have been traveling since 2002, mostly in India.

I have learned yoga in a personal way - alone with a teacher - in short intensive periods wich were digested through daily self practice (now completing 7 years).

The emphasis was always on inquiry and exploration in relation to the sources of yoga - especially patanjali´s sutra.

I am currently teaching yoga in Barcelona, where i study the Alexander Technique - finding it constantly questions and changes the whole of me - and therefore my practice.

I find Alexander´s universal principles a most needed support and a practical means to honestly follow yoga´s (or any) path.
