I completed my studies at the AT Opleiding Nederland and I am a member of STAT and of NeVLAT. I also have a degree in Drama and in Economics.

Since 2003, I work intensely in teaching and promoting the Alexander Technique giving workshops and lectures.
I worked more than 2 years as an AT teacher at the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona (High School of Drama) and 5 years at Estudi F. M. Alexander, the training centre for AT teachers in Barcelona, before settling in Amsterdam.

I translated into Spanish The Universal Constant in Living, by F. M. Alexander, and wrote Everything is true.
I have worked regularly as a drama teacher as well.
